QuickBooks Workforce is an app designed for QuickBooks Payroll and QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets), providing teams with a convenient way to access pay information and track time in a single location.

This app offers pay features to businesses utilizing QuickBooks Online Payroll & QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, while time tracking features are available for businesses using QuickBooks Time.

 <li>The ability to clock in and out, even without Wi-Fi or service</li>
 <li>Submission and tracking of paid time off, sick days, and holidays</li>

 <li>The option to switch jobs, pause tracking, or take breaks</li>
 <li>Utilize GPS location-based time tracking</li>
 <li>Add photos and updates to a project activity feed (QuickBooks Time Elite only)</li>

 <li>Approve, edit, or delete timesheets as needed</li>
 <li>Schedule by job or shift</li>
 <li>Get real-time visibility on who's working and their location</li>

 <li>Receive push notifications, text messages, and email alerts if employees fail to clock in as scheduled or approach overtime hours</li>
 <li>Efficiently track vacation, sick leave, or holiday accruals for employees</li>
 <li>Quickly view day and week totals, along with other time reports</li>
 <li>Oversee team productivity, project status, and make adjustments to budget, deadlines, and resources if necessary (QuickBooks Time Elite only)</li>
